We began our family business (30) years ago (Mar 96') to provide
an assist to those struggling to have the right tools for the job. Admittingly, we were to focused on "One To All" with an equipment mix that
included large backhoes, dozers and the like with a extended lineup encompassing hand tools, concrete, lawncare, scaffolding etc. . We are in a
rural setting and as the years went buy (Year 10) we realize we could coordinate for the customer large equipment but our emphasis became mid
size to small equipment with a general understanding we do not want to rent from our rental yard anything larger than 10,000 lbs. We could more
economically service and pass on the savings to our consumers without having to have full time mechanics, CDL drivers, large truck and lowboys
and most importantly a larger footprint i.e. buildings, garages and an overall investment of at min $1,500,000. Our market place is a total of 106,000
people which begins with Rowan Co. as the center and the contiguous counties (Bath, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Lewis, Menifee and Morgan). Calculating,
luck and long days lead us to an evolution to succeed in the rental industry and prepare for the passing of the torch from the Owner (Whitney Bradley) to the
Co Owner (Will Bradley). Will will take over this year scooting the ole man to an assistant and supportive role. We will continue to provide top manufacturer
brands in our rolling stock and assisting tools and pledge to never disappoint with the critical performance of the rental inventory we provide for our
customers.
